  • Komandoo reduced the use of line bags in bins by 50% since 2016. 
  • All bars and restaurants implemented the eco-friendly straws during 2017.
  • All the bars, restaurants and rooms are completely free of plastic water bottles, only utilising reusable glass bottles. The resort subsequently reduced the plastic bottles consumption by 75% compared to 2016.
  • Komandoo has achieved the internationally recognised Travelife for Hotels & Accommodations Gold Certification. Travelife, the sustainable tourism certification scheme, has assessed Komandoo’s performance in responsibly managing its socio – economic and environmental impacts.
